Larimar Brio Earrings

Another design using some of my Tucson finds.  Larimar is such a beautiful stone!  These are available at Gili Anna's in La Jolla.

Fun with wire wrapping dangles!

I got some strands of little 3mm rondelles in Tucson and decided to make some earrings with LOTS of little gemstone dangles. The first thing I had to do was make sure all the holes would fit 26 gauge wire and use my diamond bit to enlarge a few of the holes. Next on the agenda was to make a LOT of 26 gauge balled headpins. That means cutting wire and balling it with the torch. The final step is wirewrapping all those sparkly little gemstones onto the chain. Here are 2 of the results. Both are available for sale at Gili Anna's in La Jolla

Thoughts of summer ...

I was digging through my Kazuri bead stash to design a necklace and earring set and the colors of summer - aqua, white, silver - pulled me in. I made this design and named it Kazuri Summer.

It's for sale at gem shows from Jan and Gary at GlobalMarketplace.

Some new things!

OK - so I got busy in my engineering work and had a soccer tournament and some beautiful days so I just HAD to be out in the yard planting plants, weeding, ...

I finally made some new earrings with some of my Tucson beauties. Here are some 8mm lapis lazuli stud earrings that already sold ...

And some beautiful 6mm charoite studs ...

I've got a few things designed for Gili Anna's and I'll share those once they get delivered ...
